When I started this journey, I needed a guarantee that I was following the process in the right direction. Murali and Mangalath Immigration gave me this assurance. They are very transparent, and I would recommend them to anyone who want to start this process. COVID had delayed my opportunity to reach earlier. I received a 491 Visa (5-year provisional Visa) for my family for which I was sceptical as it wasn’t a PR Visa. Murali understood my position and made me realise about the opportunities I will get once I land in Australia. Happy and satisfied with Mangalath Immigration Journey. Special thanks to Mr.Gopi Sir.
Testimonial of Ranjith Raj and Priyanka Maggo- Child visa (Subclass 101) Dec 14, 2021
We first met with Murali Mangalath way back in 2016. He came very highly recommended and was introduced to us via reference as something of a maverick agent. We were then based in Bangalore, while Murali Mangalath, in Melbourne. Murali Mangalath has his Australian PR offices Mangalath Immigration Pty Ltd both in Australia and India and he is a Registered Migration Agent with MARA (MARN: 1170229).
In our first conversation, he was basically understanding our profile and only once he was convinced with our profile, did he agree to take us on. In his first email to us, he also provided names and contact details of his other clients, whom we subsequently called and they were quite happy with Murali’s visa and PR(Permanent Residency) services.
However we had to change our plans then, so we did not proceed with Murali at that time. But I still kept Murali’s contact details, and I’d refer him to a few of my friends every now and then.
Later in 2019 (we were then based in Melbourne), my partner and I found out that we were having twins and due to the support system, we decided that we’d have the birth in India. We knew that there would be tons of paperwork looming ahead so as to get our twins their Child Visa (Subclass 101) for Australia. But all things considered, we still decided to have the delivery in India. I accompanied my (very pregnant) partner to India and I returned to Melbourne, with a plan to bring my partner and the twins back to Australia in mid-2020. I also talked with Murali if he could help us with Child (subclass 101) visa for Australia and he agreed to be our agent.
Then COVID-19 happened…
COVID basically complicated everything and the visa process was no different – things got very ambiguous, uncertain and complex. Australia indefinitely shut borders and things in India were also complicated. It was here that Murali’s extensive knowledge and experience as a MARA agent helped. Murali helped to wade through all the complexity and helped us apply for Child visa.
What really stood out in our interaction with Murali is his immense knowledge, organized approach and meticulous attention to details.
Murali’s depth of knowledge is remarkable. Recently, the Australian Medicare team reached out to me saying that they could not find our Child Visa application. I called Murali immediately and he advised that the Medicare team has a digital application process, while the Child Visa application process, based out of Perth, was postal and hence the application could not be checked digitally. I relayed this info back to the Medicare team and they were quite impressed with this level of detail. It is this fabulous level of detail and insight about the Australian immigration process that Murali brings to the table.
We applied for Child Visa for twins in December 2020 and we got the grant in November 2021.
Murali had meticulously checked all our documents and paperwork, and advised us all along the way. We had a few COVID-related hiccups with PCC, but Murali helped us to sail through all the complexities. His very high standards of professionalism, sense of urgency, his prompt responses and brilliant organisational skills boded very well for our application.
When we were in Bangalore, I remember talking with multiple immigration agents and most of them had no clue about the overall process. All they did was try to get their fees first, after which, it was very difficult to reach them. Even if you did manage to reach them, they were clueless about the process. The immigration process is usually a 1-2 year process(in 2016)- so one is bound to feel anxious with the waiting time. It is here that a positive, knowledgeable and experienced MARA agent like Murali greatly helps in bringing down the obvious anxiety and maintaining one’s peace of mind and sanity. And in complex situations like COVID, Murali is an indispensable asset. We wholeheartedly and strongly recommend Murali and Mangalath Immigration for all Australian PR(Permanent Residency) services and other visas like Child (subclass 101) Visa.
Today, Murali Mangalath is more of a friend than an agent. As a MARA agent, he’s exceptional, brilliant and outstanding. As a human being, he’s even better.
